Please adjust firewall and PBX configurations to allow access to our two new sub-nets: 104.219.163.0/24 and 104.219.162.0/24.
Unable to add sub-nets? Ensure that you have allowed access for our new Gateway IPs 104.219.162.45 & 104.219.163.120 along with our existing Gateway IPs 63.247.69.226 & 205.251.137.154.

Inbound Fax Transmission Issues
Resolved - Service has been fully restored, and we have validated that inbound faxes and notifications are once again being handled and delivered correctly.

Monitoring - Faxing service partners have identified a root cause and reverted changes that had contributed to the delivery issues. Faxing services have resumed and are being monitored.

Identified - We have identified that inbound fax transmissions are successfully reaching the fax service; however, the Fax ATAs are not processing the fax transmissions correctly. We are actively investigating the matter and will provide an update as more information becomes available.
