Please adjust firewall and PBX configurations to allow access to our two new sub-nets: 104.219.163.0/24 and 104.219.162.0/24.
Unable to add sub-nets? Ensure that you have allowed access for our new Gateway IPs 104.219.162.45 & 104.219.163.120 along with our existing Gateway IPs 63.247.69.226 & 205.251.137.154.

Resolved - The issue affecting gw1.siptrunk.com has been fully resolved. All SIP trunks, including gw1, gw2, gw4, and gw5, are now operating normally.

Identified - We are currently aware that gw1.siptrunk.com is down, and our engineering team is actively investigating. At this time, gw2, gw4, and gw5 appear to be operating normally. As a temporary workaround, please route your trunks to gw4 or gw5 to restore service.
