On November 7th at 8:00PM ET our Engineering Team was performing a routine database procedure that had unforeseen impact. Call processing and SIP trunk registrations on both gw1.siptrunk.com and gw2.siptrunk.com were intermittently impaired. The procedure was completed at 9:45PM ET.
SIPTRUNK has taken steps to ensure that our processes are improved to prevent further incidents.
